What To Expect on Your First Visit
Getting ready is simple: wear your normal clothes. Complete your intake forms online, or arrive 10 minutes early to finish them here. At your first visit, you’ll talk with one of our doctors about your health history and goals. We’ll take your vital signs and perform a thorough exam; if X-rays or an MRI are needed, we’ll refer you for imaging. In most cases, you’ll receive a chiropractic adjustment on day one to begin relief right away.

We make costs clear up front. Call with your insurance info, and we’ll confirm any deductible, copay, or visit limits before your appointment. Here’s how we help you navigate payment with no surprises:
- In-network with most major plans, including Blue Cross, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare (and secondaries), and American Specialty Health.
- Not accepted: Medicaid, HMOs, Humana; we do not handle workers’ comp cases.

- Uninsured/cash patients welcome; all major credit cards accepted.
